This Privacy Policy describes the information Fundomax (“Fundomax”) collects about you (“User”), how Fundomax uses and shares that information, and the privacy choices Fundomax offers. This policy applies to information Fundo collects when User register for Fundomax’s service, access or uses Fundo website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), or when User otherwise interacts with Fundo. As used in this Privacy Policy, the term “Site” includes: all websites and all devices or applications operated by Fundo that collect personal information from User and that link to this Privacy Policy; pages within each such website, device, or application, any equivalent, mirror, replacement, substitute, or backup website, device, or application.

By accessing the Site and by using the Service, User agrees to, and is bound by, this Privacy Policy. If User does not agree to this Privacy Policy, User may not access or otherwise use this Site or Service.

Information Collected by Cookies and Web Beacons: Fundomax uses various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to User´s computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files that are stored on User hard drive or in device memory by a website. Among other things, cookies support the integrity of Fundomax registration process, retain User preferences and account settings, and help evaluate and compile aggregated statistics about User activity. Fundomax may also collect information using web beacons. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in Fundomax Services or emails. Fundo may use web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.

  • Technical and Navigational Information: Fundomax may collect User computer browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on Fundo’s Site. This information may be used, for example, to alert User to software compatibility issues, or it may be analyzed to improve Fundo web design and functionality.
  1. USE OF USER INFORMATION. Fundomax may use the information User provides about itself to fulfill User requests for Fundo Services, to respond to User inquiries about Fundomax Services, and to offer User other products, programs, or services that Fundo believes may be of interest to User. Fundomax may use User information to make the connection between User and multiple lending products provided by our hand-picked lending partners. Fundomax may also use User information to improve and personalize the Services and any related services, including future products and services. For example, Fundomax may use User information to pre-fill form fields on the Sites for User convenience.
  2. SHARING OF INFORMATION. Fundomax may share personal information about User as follows:

— To any potential source of funding;

— With third parties to provide, maintain, and improve Fundomax Services;

— With any third party that referred User to the Services;

— To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes;

— In order to investigate, prevent, defend against, or take other action regarding violations of Fundomax Terms of Service, illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the legal rights or physical safety of any person or the security of Fundo network, Sites or Services;

— Non-personalized, anonymous data may be aggregated with data from other users and/or data sources and shared with partners or for marketing purposes;

— To respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties;

— In an emergency, to protect the health and safety of Fundo Sites’ users or the general public; or

— As otherwise required by law.

  1. SECURITY. Fundomax takes reasonable measures, including firewall barriers, SSL encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. User acknowledges, however, that no system is perfectly secure. User uses the Site and Services, and provide us with User personal information, at its own risk.
  2. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. Fundo may provide Fundo registered customers with email alerts and summaries of their activity on the Service. Fundo may also allow Users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time may transmit emails promoting Fundo or third-party goods or services. Registered customers have the ability to opt out of receiving Fundo promotional emails and to terminate their newsletter subscriptions by following the instructions in the emails. Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails, such as email alerts.
  3. CHANGES TO USER PERSONAL INFORMATION. If User wishes to access Registration Information that User has submitted to Fundo or to request the correction of any inaccurate information User has submitted to Fundo, User may correct certain information via its User account. Alternatively, User can contact Fundo at to request any corrections to User Registration Information. User may also email Fundo if User wishes to deregister, but even after User Fundomax, Fundomax may retain archived copies of information about User for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law.
  4. BUSINESS TRANSITION. In the event another entity merges with or acquires Fundomax or substantially all of its assets, User personal information may be transferred to that successor or acquiring entity. A court may also order the sale of Registration Information as an asset in a bankruptcy or similar insolvency proceeding.
  5. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS. We permit residents of the State of California to use this site and comply with the California Business and Professions Code §§ 22575-22579. If you are a California resident you may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Various provisions throughout this Privacy Policy address requirements of the Californian privacy statutes. Although we do not disseminate your information to third parties without permission, you must presume that we collect electronic information from all visitors. Your information may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.  Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.  PII and Non-PII that is submitted to Unchained Music will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law and this policy. If you are a non-U.S. user, you acknowledge and agree that Fundo may collect and use your Information and disclose it to other entities outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, such information may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction. U.S. law may not provide the degree of protection for information that is available in other countries.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY. Fundomax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, so User needs to review it frequently. User may review updates to Fundo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time via links on INSERT LINK TO TERMS OF SERVICE HERE. Consistent with Fundomax’s Terms of Service, User agrees to accept electronic communications and/or postings of revised versions of this Privacy Policy on and agrees that such electronic communications or postings constitute notice to User of the revised version of this Privacy Policy.
